Bio

"Budoor Abdulqader is an Emirati Fashion Designer with a career background in buying & merchandising. Her creative practice includes designing ready to wear clothing specializing in pop culture and street style. She focuses on specialty fashion techniques such as embroidery, hand painting, and screen printing.

She graduated from French Fashion University “Esmod Dubai” and obtained learning experience from Central Saint Martins in London after which she joined Majid Al Futtaim Fashion as a Buyer for Juicy Couture for 3 years.

Recently, she’s graduated from the “Cultural Excellence Fellowship” in association with Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation and the British Council and is currently working as an artist at Al Jalila Cultural Centre for Children teaching fashion design and pattern making. She serves as an instructor and conducts fashion design workshops.
